According to a press release from SIM, Sacra will serve at the ELWA Hospital in Monrovia, Liberia. He will not be working at the Ebola treatment units on the hospital’s campus, and will instead treat patients with malaria and chronic health issues such as high blood pressure and diabetes. He expects to spend about one month in Liberia.

Sacra, 52, was transported to the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha in September 2014 for treatment.

SIM notes that Sacra will be immune to the strain of Ebola that he contracted last time.
