John Travolta Donates Gulfstream Jet to Aviation Hall of Fame
Published at(ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga.) — John Travolta is to donate his Gulfstream II executive jet to Georgia Aviation Hall of Fame, reports The Sun News. The Gulfstream II is a twin engine, 14-seat jet.
Travolta has been a pilot for years. In 2007, he won the Living Legend Ambassador of Aviation Award. The Pulp Fiction star is reportedly donating the plane to honor his late son Jett, who passed away in 2009 after having a seizure. Travolta’s jet will make its first public appearance at an April air show.
