Sentencing Delayed for Ex-Prison Guard
Published at(POCATELLO, ID) – Sentencing has been delayed for a former prison guard accused of having sexual contact with an inmate at the Pocatello Women’s Correctional Center. Fifty-nine year old Kim Rogers was charged last June for an alleged incident that occurred in March of 2012. Court officials say they’re not sure if they have enough information for sentencing. Rogers faces up to 15 years behind bars. Sixth District Judge Stephen Dunn is considering a psychosexual evaluation for Rogers before moving forward. Rogers had worked at the facility for nearly a decade prior to being arrested
