Missing Idaho Falls motorcyclist found dead after crash in Lemhi County

SALMON — An Idaho Falls motorcyclist was found dead on Monday afternoon after going missing while driving north of Salmon.
According to Lemhi County Sheriff John Bennett, Austin Green, 30, was found dead just north of milepost 325 on U.S. Highway 93 in North Fork, about 23 miles from Salmon.

Green was last seen around 6 p.m. Sunday at the North Fork Store before leaving on his motorcycle.
Deputies believe Green lost control of the bike about two miles from the store, causing him to leave the roadway and crash over a bank near the Salmon River, shortly after he was last seen.
