(POCATELLO, ID)  — Idaho State Director of Athletics Jeff Tingey has announced that the Bengal football program will play at BYU on October 24, 2015. This will be the fifth meeting between the two schools and the third meeting since 2011. The two teams also met last year in Provo. BYU leads the series 5-0.

BYU was founded in 1875 and played its first season of intercollegiate football in 1922. The Cougars have produced 75 All-Americans, have appeared in 32 bowl games and won the National Championship in 1984. Under current head coach Bronco Mendenhall, BYU has appeared in nine-straight bowl games and has been ranked in the Top 25 during seven of his nine seasons.

Kickoff times and broadcast plans will be announced at a later date.

In 2015, ISU will also play at Boise State on September 19 and on September 10, 2016 Idaho State will play at Colorado.
