Police: Man Stole from Likely Murder-Suicide House
Published atTWIN FALLS, Idaho (AP) – A south-central Idaho man cleaning human remains from a home that police believe is the scene of a double homicide and suicide is accused of stealing items from the home.
The Times-News reports that 65-year-old William C. Green was charged Monday in 5th District Court with felony burglary and misdemeanor obstructing officers.
Authorities say 36-year-old George Salinas likely killed 38-year-old LeAnn Schuldies and her 17-year-old daughter, Brianna Cox, before killing himself on Saturday.
Authorities say Green was cleaning the home Sunday but had in his pickup items not on a list of contaminated possessions being removed, including a Keurig coffee maker, tools and food.
A preliminary hearing on the burglary charge is set for Nov. 28.
