IDAHO FALLS — Idaho State Police arrested Bradley Andersen, 35, Sunday following a two-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 26, five miles east of the Lane-Clark Rest Area.

The Rigby man was a passenger in a Chevrolet Cavalier, that was driven by Jessica Cyr, 32, of Rigby. The pair were stationary facing eastbound on US-26, attempting to perform a U-turn, when they were struck by the vehicle of Keisha Gallagher, 25, of Idaho Falls, according to a ISP news release.

Cyr and Andersen fled the scene. Cyr was located in a field near the crash and transported by air ambulance to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. EIRMC representative Nathan Miller said Cyr was in fair condition Monday.

Andersen was located after the crash scene was cleared. He was arrested and booked into the Bonneville County Jail for possession of drug paraphernalia and three felony warrants for probation violation.

Bonneville County Sheriff Sgt. Jeff Edwards said Andersen remained in jail Monday on a $175,300 bond. His arraignment is scheduled for July 27.

Gallagher was transported to EIRMC by private vehicle. Gallagher was treated and released, Miller said.
