(GRACE) – Federal, state, and local authorities may have busted the largest marijuana growing operation in Idaho history. The Caribou County Sheriff’s Office says more than 10,000 plants valued at an estimated $20 million have been found in a remote area near Grace. The operation was discovered Thursday and could only be accessed by foot or ATV. The 6 and 7 foot tall plants were uprooted and airlifted to dump trucks nearby. No arrests have been made thus far.
