The Other Guys. Sony / Columbia(NEW ORLEANS) — Will Ferrell drilled an NBA cheerleader in the head with a basketball during a failed half-court shot at Wednesday night’s Los Angeles Lakers and New Orleans Pelicans game — but it was for a movie.

The comedy has Ferrell playing a square step dad competing with his step kids’ freeloading biological father, played by Mark Wahlberg.
Wahlberg previously starred with the Saturday Night Live vet in the cop comedy The Other Guys.
