Man charged with felony sex crimes pleads not guilty

REXBURG – A local man accused of lewd conduct with a child pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Garon Miskin went before a judge in Madison County district court on Oct. 11, to enter a not guilty plea.
Miskin’s arraignment was postponed multiple times since his arrest in June. The arraignment was postponed due to the defense disqualifying multiple judges without cause and the assignment of a special prosecution.
A trial date has yet to be set due to scheduling conflicts between the prosecution and defense.
