Construction crews hit gas line, closing part of highway 91
Published at | Updated atFIRTH — Bingham County Sheriff’s Office say construction crews working near US Highway 91 have hit a gas line, closing the road just south of Firth.
Sheriff Craig Rowland tells EastIdahoNews.com both the north and southbound lanes of Highway 91 remain closed while gas company crews are repairing the line.
The exact location of the closure is unclear, but traffic is being diverted in the area. When the road will re-open is unknown.
