Life is hard, stressful, fast-paced and can sometimes be overwhelming. That’s why EastIdahoNews.com is partnering with MorningStar Senior Living of Idaho Falls to bring you Life Lessons.

We’re asking MorningStar residents to share gems of wisdom every Tuesday with us. Some of their answers will make you laugh, some may make you cry, some may even change your life.

Bob Welker is 90-years-old and has lived a good life. He learned to work hard on his family farm and has experienced his share of hardship. He lost a two-year-old child to leukemia and he lost a daughter in her 20s.

Bob shares what he’s learned and how he has appreciated his wife even more since she suffered a stroke a few years ago.

Watch the video above to see our entire conversation with Bob.
