Two-hour delay in effect for Shoshone-Bannock Tribes

FORT HALL — The Shoshone-Bannock Tribes Office of Emergency Management issued a two-hour delayed start on Friday due to severe weather. Tribal government offices will open at 10 a.m.
A winter storm warning is in effect until 5 p.m. Friday for much of eastern Idaho.
Snow has been steadily falling in many areas Thursday, including the Mud Lake area and the Snake River Plain. Total accumulations between 4 and 8 inches are expected with winds gusting as high as 30 mph.
Some schools are closed Friday due to winter weather conditions.
