AMMON — Café Zupas, the award-winning fast-casual restaurant known for its handcrafted soups, salads, and sandwiches, is coming to Ammon. This marks the first Café Zupas restaurant on the eastern side of the state.
The restaurant will be located in a new retail center, called Foothills Square, developed by Ball Ventures and partners Woodbury Corporation based in Salt Lake City.
Strategically positioned south of Judy Street, across from Culver’s and Bass Pro Shops, Café Zupas will join existing tenants Promontory Point and the soon-to-open Les Schwab, enhancing the diverse commercial offerings in this growing area.
“We’re excited to welcome Café Zupas to Foothills Square and to introduce such a beloved brand to the community,” said Tahri Molifua, Ball Ventures’ President of Real Estate, in a news release. “As the first Café Zupas on this side of the state, this opening highlights our vision for Foothills Square as a hub for exciting, diverse, and high-quality retail experiences.”
Menu items feature made-to-order dishes, including crisp salads, soups, gourmet sandwiches, and desserts.
Café Zupas is scheduled to open in 2026.
