IDAHO FALLS — Halloween is creeping closer, and whether you’re in the mood for thrills and chills or family-friendly fun, there’s plenty happening across eastern Idaho.

We’ve rounded up some of the best local events for every type of Halloween fan — from haunted houses to pumpkin patches. This list does not include individual church congregation activities. You can find many of them here on our Community Calendar.

Idaho Falls

Real Heroes Trunk or Treat (Hosted by the Idaho Falls Police Department and other first responders)
Oct. 25 4-6 p.m.
Memorial Drive, Downtown Idaho Falls

Bring all your little ghosts and goblins to a safe, family-friendly “Real Heroes’ Trunk-or-Treat” event hosted by Idaho Falls Police. First responders from the Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office, Idaho Falls Fire, the Idaho State Police and local businesses will partner to provide a safe and fun Halloween activity for the families in our community! The event is FREE for attendees.
