Ten first responders took the stand on Day 3 of Lindsay Clancy’s murder trial and testified about the disturbing scene they encountered at the Clancy home on Jan. 24, 2023. Lindsay was wounded outside a second-story window, and the three Clancy children were in the home with exercise bands around their necks.

The Utah mom convicted of killing her husband, allegedly for financial gain, is also preparing to go to trial on financial fraud charges. The state says she owes over $1.3 million in restitution.
