Mike Bonilla and Barry Pierce are the new co-owners of Gator Jack’s.
The restaurant is being remodeled to include a new look and feel. Pierce tells EastIdahoNews.com it will have a lounge area with couches and two 65-inch TV’s.
Pierce says they’re excited to take the restaurant to a new level.
“We’re excited to give it a new face, and we want to make it work,” says Pierce.
As part of the restaurant’s new look, Gator Jack’s has a new logo. Members of the community submitted their ideas. The winner received a year of free food from Gator Jack’s.

Bonilla tells us he is excited for people to see the new additions and sample the new menu items.
“We’re keeping the classics alive. We’re not getting rid of the things people love. We’re just adding to those and trying to make it a better menu,” says Bonilla.
Pierce and Bonilla are looking at opening the first week of March. Their hours will be 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays, with an 11 p.m. closing time on Saturday.
