BLACKFOOT–Bingham Memorial Hospital is pleased to announce that the Idaho Doctors’ Hospital (IDH)—eastern Idaho’s premier spine surgical hospital—has been awarded the Pinnacle of Excellence Award for Patient Experience by Press Ganey Associates, Inc.

Providing patient satisfaction services for more than 22,000 health care facilities, Press Ganey is the nation’s leading provider for patient experience measurement. The Pinnacle of Excellence Award is considered the most coveted award in the health care industry and honors organizations that have demonstrated high levels of excellence in patient satisfaction for a minimum of three consecutive years.

Idaho Doctors’ Hospital—jointly owned and managed by Bingham Memorial Hospital and area physicians—has scored in the 95th percentile in patient satisfaction for the 8th year in a row. As the only hospital in Idaho to receive this prestigious award in 2015, Idaho Doctors’ Hospital has consistently been ranked as a top facility in the country.
