(IDAHO FALLS) – One of the most iconic features on the Idaho Falls skyline has changed management, leaving many people questioning what the future holds. KIDK reports that the Red Lion, formerly known as the Westbank, but its ties with the Red Lion franchise last month. Authorities say the building has been purchased by an Oregon company and has been renamed “The Hotel on the Falls.” Aside from the name change, the building will be getting a new paint job, and officials are asking for public input for what they’d like to see.
