Italian Authorities Take Control of Abandoned Ship Carrying About 450 Migrants

BBC News says that the ship is heading to an Italian port after a rescue team was able to board it.
The ship apparently lost power in rough seas.
A similar ship carrying nearly 1,000 migrants was taken control of earlier this week. Authorities said that the ship spotted on Friday was heading for a crash when rescuers got involved.
