Local groups to host Autism Empowerment Retreat

IDAHO FALLS — The Piece by Piece Foundation and Journey’s DDA will hold a 4-day Autism Empowerment Retreat May 4 to May 7 at Three Peaks Lodge in St. Anthony. The event aims to help and support parents whose children have recently been diagnosed with autism. Parents will participate in a variety of workshops to help them better understand autism.
There is a $50 fee for the Autism Empowerment Retreat, which includes the price of lodging and food.
