I-15 Rollover Crash Sends 2 to Hospital

IDAHO FALLS – Two people were injured during a two car crash Sunday night shortly after 10:00 p.m. on Interstate 15 at milepost 117.
Idaho State Police say Morgan Lyon, 22, of Rexburg, was northbound in a 1987 Toyota 4 runner. Jerilyn Pence, 28, of River Heights, Utah, was also northbound in a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox.
Pence allegedly hit the rear of Lyon’s vehicle and it went off the right shoulder and rolled. Lyon and his passenger, Kylee Darrington, 22, also of Rexburg, were taken to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center by ambulance.
EIRMC confirmed that both Lyon and Darrington were treated and released.
According to police, all occupants were wearing seatbelts.
