Local businessman, dentist and spouses killed in plane crash

IDAHO FALLS — A local businessman, his wife, along with a dentist and his wife were all killed in a plane crash north of Alpine, Wyoming near Palisades Reservoir late Saturday night.

Andersen Hitches in Idaho Falls confirms their sales director, Dave Anderson, and his wife, Jessica, both died in the plane crash.

An Idaho Falls dentist and his wife also perished in the crash. EastIdahoNews.com is not publishing their names until we receive official confirmation.

Law enforcement and emergency responders in Lincoln County, Wyoming received a 911 call reporting the crash on Sunday afternoon.

Lincoln County responded to the scene near Airport Road and Old Alpine Road and contacted Bonneville County to assist.

Bonneville Sgt. Jeff Edwards told EastIdahoNews.com the plane was completely burnt up but said he had very little other information about the wreck.
