IDAHO FALLS — A local Secret Santa surprising deserving people in eastern Idaho isn’t done yet.

The gift-giving will continue until New Year’s Eve and the East Idaho News elves will share many of the delivers on EastIdahoNews.com.

This is the sixth year in a row that a local man has asked us to help find families in need. Secret Santa is a real person, not an organization or program, who wants to remain anonymous and help as many people as he can.

Last year he gave away $500,000. This year he’s giving away moreA LOT more! And that’s why more time is needed to distribute the gifts.

So far dozens of people have received cars, gift cards, checks and money for dental work, medical procedures, a prosthetic leg – even a glass eye for an adorable 8-year-old boy.

We hope you enjoy the spirit of Secret Santa every day until 2021. If you missed our Thanksgiving special, you can watch it here.

Part 2 of our special will be posted on Christmas Day and you can catch all of the surprises here.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
