POCATELLO — A Pocatello man who posted bond in September is back in jail after failing to submit a drug and alcohol test sample.

Lamar Richard Williams, 30, was arrested by deputies from the Bannock County Sheriff’s Office following a traffic stop on Highland Boulevard last Tuesday. A warrant was issued for his arrest on Sept. 28 after he failed to remain in contact with court services and provide drug and alcohol test samples, as he was instructed to do when he was released.
