Viola Davis Says “How To Get Away With Murder” Will Return with Scenes ‘You’ve Never Seen on Network TV’

ABC News(NEW YORK) — ABC’s new hit drama How to Get Away With Murder is on winter hiatus, but star Viola Davis is letting fans know what they can expect when the series returns.
“I will say that there are certain scenes that you’ve never seen on network TV,” she tells E! News.
David added that her hint doesn’t necessarily mean viewers will see more sex on television.
“See, people always go to the baring of the skin…that’s just not going to happen…that’s not even going to happen if we weren’t on network TV,” she clarified. “But I will say there are things that are very, very provocative.”
Davis, who was named favorite actress in a new TV series at the People’s Choice Awards on Wednesday, also said the murder mystery will be solved by the season finale.
“I don’t want to step on any toes, but I think the cliffhanger will still be out there. But I don’t think that it’s anything that you will expect,” she explained.
How to Get Away With Murder returns Jan. 29 at 10 p.m. Eastern time on ABC.
