Rigby man killed after ATV rollover

PARIS — A 77-year-old Rigby man died after an ATV crash Friday.
The Bear Lake County Sheriff’s Office reports the man was recreating on an ATV when the vehicle left an abandoned logging road and rolled down an embankment near U.S. Forest Service Road 401 in North Canyon.
The man died after being pinned against a rock by the ATV, according to a Bear Lake County news release.
The family found the man and contacted law enforcement who worked to recover the body.
The man’s name was not released by the sheriff’s office.
