IDAHO FALLS — Three years ago Michelle Haycock’s husband died in a tragic car accident.

She was left with five kids and a stack of overwhelming bills.

Michelle decided to go back to school and, just weeks ago, earned her associate’s degree.

Secret Santa and his wife heard about Michelle and her determination to support her family while furthering her education.

The EastIdahoNews.com elves went with a big surprise. But, as Santa’s helpers were leaving, they received some unexpected news that made their visit much more meaningful.
