School bus with students on board slides off road in Ammon

AMMON – Snow and ice caused a Bonneville Joint School District 93 bus to lose control and slide off the road Friday.
The incident happened around 4 p.m. The bus, with students on board, slid off Crowley Road, according to Bonneville County Sheriff spokesman Bryan Lovell.
“Looks like a bus slid off just enough to get stuck,” says Lovell. “(The bus) was pulled back in the road and moved on.”
Nobody was injured, and children were removed from the bus until it was pulled back to the road by a tow truck.
