EastIdahoNews.com and Ashley Furniture HomeStore are teaming up every week to bring you some good news during Feel Good Friday!

We want to surprise people in our community with random acts of kindness and leave you with some feel good moments.

This week we are helping some of the youngest eastern Idahoans we could find. One in three families in Idaho struggle to afford diapers and low-income families are often forced to choose between diapers and food each month.

On average, diapers cost approximately $80 per month and many community support programs such as food stamps or WIC don’t cover the cost of diapers.

Idaho Public Health Districts are always looking to collect diapers for families in need so we decided to surprise a local office with several boxes of diapers.

Watch the video above to see what happened and if you’re interested in donating diapers, click here for more information.
